My name is Keith Donohue, and I am running the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, DC SCORES, and a non-profit of your choice.
My life has been affected by both the devastation of cancer, and the joy of soccer. The Susan G. Komen Foundation and DC SCORES provide hope for those people who are fighting their own personal battles every day. I ask you to join me in supporting that hope.
How to Crush:
- Donate to one or both of these worthy causes.
- Bring your best costume & signage to cheer runners on during race day.
- Fan with best race day get-up wins a $50 donation to a charity of their choice, plus a flat-screen TV. Judging will be at the base of the Washington Monument around 9:30 am on Sunday, April 11.
Can't make it on race day? Your donation is still welcome and much appreciated. But the blossoms will be gorgeous and the city will be pumping, so I hope to see you there!
